Taking the experts and professors advice and using experience in the first-aid field, we have been able to develop UN/ACLS8000 comprehensive emergency skills training system, with its functions being comprehensively upgraded and refined. Complying with AHA (American Heart Association) 2010 emergency guideline for CPR and ECC, the system provides many species of cardiac disease emergency cases to help physicians train clinical emergency operation procedures via friendly man-machine interface. Through dozens of animation scenes, the system provides abundant real emergency scenes to facilitate diagnosis and differential diagnosis. For different types of cardiac disease, the system provides typically auxiliary examination and drug treatment, and also supports diagnosis of cerebral vascular accident disease and treatment training.

Features:

(1)Simulation of vital signs: Pupil LCD is CSTN pseudo-color, 65k color, RGB. Diameter range is 1-9mm. Simulate pupil states freely: normal, mydriasis, and myosis, etc; reproduction of carotid artery pulse, patient moaning, coughing and vomiting sound;

(2)Respiration mode: simulation of normal respiration, sighing respiration, Cheyne-stokes respiration, Kussmaul-kien respiration and Biotas respiration

(3)Airway management: standard oral and nasal intubation, supporting open airway by head tilt and jaw thrust; there is alarm warning if pressure is exerted on teeth; automatically monitor if the intubation site is correct by sensor; support auscultation way to detect intubation site;

(4)CPR Operation Training: multiple breathing ways by mouth to mouth, mouth to nose and simple respirator to mouth; electronically monitor airway open, respiratory times, frequency and volume , and compression times, frequency, position and depth; automatically judge the ratio of respiration and chest compression.; showing data in real time with English voice prompts during the entire process;

(6)Defibrillation and pacing training: Multimedia animation displays the operation process of medical defibrillator, which can match defibrillators and pacemakers of different types and factories to achieve real defibrillation and pacing. Equipped with simulative defibrillator and pacemaker, can choose defibrillation energy, the maximal defibrillation energy is 360J; can save customers cost for buying real defibrillators and pacemakers and achieve same effect;

(7)Usage of simulated injection pump and infusion pump: multimedia animation displays the operation process of both pump;

(8)Training and assessment: With hundreds of test questions; support ECG, emergency theoretical knowledge, emergency scenes, cases and CPR training and assessment; teachers can also include extra tests according to the teaching content;

(9)ECG monitoring: realize monitoring of simulated ECG and real ECG via finger-piece blood detecting head, storage of thousands of normal and abnormal electrocardiogram;
